About the Company

I graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2017 and spent the next seven years in private practice at two of Washington, DC's leading law firms, focused on public company representation, federal securities law, and capital markets. In 2025 I moved in-house as an attorney at a national securities exchange, where my work centers on public company and securities matters. Across eight years of practice, I have personally drafted or reviewed more than a thousand Forms 3 and 4.

Not long after I began drafting Section 16 filings, I had a thought most practitioners eventually have: there has to be a better way. By 2025 it was clear that if this tool was going to exist, I would have to build it. So I taught myself to develop software on nights and weekends, convinced that if I could solve this pain point for myself, the corporate counsel who spend their days on these compliance tasks would benefit too.

Section 16 Agent is my best effort at solving a problem I feel deeply. It is a bet that if I can solve it for myself, I can solve it for you. I invite you to use it, and to send me your feedback.
